Revenge Body

Revenge Body is Seven Phillips, who began writing, recording and producing electronic pop under the moniker in 2018. Under the heavy and obvious influences of 80's new wave and cold wave, Phillips uses minimal equipment to create a danceable sound, frequently utilizing lyrical themes of grief and longing to animate the sensation of pining for closeness with an unseen world. His music is often released with accompanying homemade videos filmed on tape, which lean into the aesthetics of soviet era synthpop, goth, and its adjacent subculture, drag, lending a distinct visual language to his sonic style.

The Forest Room

With hazy lights, pulsing projections, and a sound that drifts between trip-hop, post-rock, and dark electronic music, The Forest Room creates an immersive one-man audiovisual experience unlike a typical live set. Blending live guitar loops, electronic beats, and raw DIY energy, the performance moves from hypnotic grooves to massive cinematic swells without losing its intimate feel.
